Hawkes Learning Systems, an educational courseware platform, offered an entirely different approach than any other internship experience. As an event marketing intern, I was able to expose myself to the opposite side of the spectrum by doing more tactical jobs; scheduling trade shows and creating itineraries. With that, I was also able to build a few content calendars, use Trello to design advertisements and utilized MailChimp while creating email marketing.
